Tracking Plan/Outcomes
Development of a process to track career outcomes of trainees and thus determine the relative success of the program in Physiology and Biophysics is underway. We will track our graduates after they leave our program, using as criteria their position, publication record, grant proposal history, awards and career trajectory. We are also assembling recent data to assess the average time to degree and the attrition rate of the Training Program.
